1) Those students of our caste who need a Gujarati linguistic minority as well as caste certificate (2 in 1) for admission in college / university, should submit their details and upload their marksheet on below given link.

2) Once the above step is completed, please send only student’s name by WhatsApp on mandal’s phone number 99695 18091.

The certificate will be sent on your given email address (usually in 2-3 days). Hard copy (original) can be collected from Mandal’s office in Borivali once the situation after lockdown becomes normal, or it will be sent on your given address in Mumbai.
